How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday), with a transit time of 12–15 working days. In total, you can expect your order within 13–17 business days.

Is delivery free?

Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders within Ireland.

What time is the order cut-off?

Orders placed before 18:00 (IST) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

Do you ship outside Ireland?

At the moment, we only ship within Ireland.

Will I be charged extra fees on delivery?

No, the price you pay at checkout is the final price — there are no hidden fees or additional charges upon delivery.

What is your returns policy?

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and still has all original labels and tags attached. Trying items on is fine — wearing them is not.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, including any international shipping or customs fees.

How long does a refund take?

Once we've received your return and confirmed it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item instead?

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
